Kate Bohmann


Kate’s practice combines litigation expertise and strategic portfolio management to effectively secure and protect her clients’ IP assets.  Kate has extensive experience in patent, trademark, copyright, and unfair competition litigation and represents clients in front of the USPTO, ITC, WIPO, and various State and Federal courts.  In addition, Kate is a partner in Adsero’s nationally recognized trademark practice and routinely counsels clients on the acquisition, clearance, registration, licensing, and enforcement of their global trademark portfolios.  Kate also has significant expertise with online enforcement including social media enforcement and disputes under the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP).  Known for her clear communication style, clients commend Kate’s ability to distill complex concepts into concise advice and provide reliable, practical counsel.

Kate’s litigation and trademark portfolio management experience spans a variety of industries and technologies, including electronics, WiFi technology, consumer goods, telecommunications, media and entertainment, and resorts and hospitality.  Before joining Adsero IP, Kate practiced patent and trademark litigation at Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton.
